Volunteer for Betty's

What Our Volunteers Say

“It’s the best part of my week. I leave feeling more connected and useful than I have in years.”
– Club Volunteer

“You don’t have to be a professional to make someone smile — you just have to show up.”
– Volunteer, Age 24

Be Part of Something Special

At Betty’s Club, we know that community isn’t something you have — it’s something you build. Our volunteers are the heart of that community, helping us create a space where people living with dementia and their carers feel seen, supported, and joyful.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to make a difference, meet new people, and learn new skills — we’d love to welcome you.

No clinical background required. Just bring compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to help.

Why Volunteer at Betty’s Club?

    • 🤝 Make a Real Impact – Help create joyful moments that improve lives

    • 💬 Build Relationships – Share stories, laughter, and connection with members

    • 🧠 Learn and Grow – Receive training in dementia awareness and communication

    • 🎉 Join a Friendly Team – Supportive, flexible, and inclusive

    • Feel the Reward – Walk away knowing you’ve made a difference — every time
